Meet the Librarian

Tammy Sutton

Tammy Sutton is the Library Media Specialist at KDS DAR High School.  She earned her Bachelor's degree from Athens State University and her Master's degree from Jacksonville State University. Tammy is happily married and a proud mother of two boys. She cherishes her faith, family, and the joy of traveling. With a deep love for her profession, she finds great fulfillment in connecting students with knowledge and resources that inspire curiosity and growth.

Destiny Discover serves as the online catalog for the DAR Middle School Library. From this site, students can search or browse library resources and access ebooks.

Student user credentials are the same as the student Google credentials.

The Alabama Virtual Library provides all students, teachers and residents of the State of Alabama with 24/7 online access to premier library and information resources free of charge.
